Advocate Aleksander Bentkowski, Ph.D. a graduate of the Law of the Wrocław University (1965). Qualified as a judge and advocate (having passed the required professional examinations in 1968 and 1971, respectively, and he obtained a doctor's degree in substantive criminal law in (2006). From 1986 to 1989 he served in the Central Board of Advocates. From 1989 to 2001 he held a mandate of Member of Parliament for four terms of office. In the 1st and the 10th term he was the head of the Parliamentary Committee of Justice; in the 2nd term of office he chaired the Committee of Justice and Human Rights and in the 3rd term he was a vice chairman of this Committee and the chairman of the Committee for Codification of the Penal Code, the Code of Penal Procedure and the Executive Penal Code. From 1989 to 1990 he was the Minister of Justice in the government of Tadeusz Mazowiecki. From 1992 to 1997 he represented the Parliament at the National Council of Judiciary and from 2002 to 2003 he was the President of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture. In 2005 he was elected senator of the 6th term from the region of Rzeszów and was the chairman of the Committee for Human Rights and Rule of Law and the Legislative Committee. Advocate Michał Synoradzki, a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (1990),a graduate from theFaculty of Philosophy and Sociology of Warsaw University (2009)and from 1990 to 1993 assistant researcher for the Chair of Theory of Law of the University of Silesia. Advocate Magdalena Bentkowska, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (1990), Postgraduate Studies of European Law at Warsaw University. Foreign legal training - De Paul University, Chicago, USA and she worked in American law offices in Chicago (1993). Having passed the bar examination in 1995, she worked from 1995 to 2000 at the Office of the Economic Counsellor at the Polish Embassy in Washington, USA. Legal Counsel Tomasz Turek, Ph.D. a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. Assistant professor at the Chair of Financial Law of the University of Silesia in Katowice. Qualified as a legal counsel in 1999 and in the following year completed his Ph.D. from the University of Silesia in financial law (2000). Dr. Tomasz Turek collaborates, amongst others, with the School of Banking ( Wyższa Szkoła Bankowości), the School of Economics in Katowice ( Górnośląska Wyższa Szkoła Handlowa), the College of Management and Social Sciences ( Wyższa Szkoła Nauk Społecznych i Zarządzania) and the Jan Długosz Academy ( Akademia im. Jana Długosza). Legal specialisation: civil, business and tax law, administrative law, commercial debt recovery and litigation. A founding member of the partnership (2004).

Advocate Iwona Marchewka is a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (2000) and the German Law Program (2001) under the Jagiellonian University. She passed a bar examination in 2009.She worked as a legal assistant for IfraServ Hoechst GmBH & KG in Frankfurt on the Main (08.-11. 2001, 08. 2002, 08. 2003). She has co-operated with "Synoradzki, Bentkowska & Partners" since 2004 and became a partner in 2010.Her areas of expertise include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical law, commercial law, contractual law, civil law and litigation, family law including trans-border aspects. She also specializes in proceedings under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, in particular, the preparation of independent opinions for proceedings before foreign courts. Dr Beata Sagan is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia (1989). In 1998 she defended her doctoral thesis in business law. From 1989 - 2002 she was employed as the Chair of the Public Commercial Law at the University of Silesia, at first in the position of assistant lecturer and next as an assistant professor. Since 2002 she has been employed by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów, the Department of Commercial and Trade Law. She specializes in public commercial law and, in particular, in advertising law, unfair competition and public procurement law. Since 2004 she has been the editor-in-chief of the quarterly Ius et Administratio.

Advocate Anna Piotrowska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin (2003). From 2005 to 2008 she was a trainee judge at the District Court in Warsaw and in 2008 she was called to the bar of the District Board of Advocates in Warsaw. She specialises in civil, labour and criminal laws and litigation.

Dr Sebastian Bentkowski is a graduate of the M. Curie - Skłodowskiej University in Lublin, the Branch in Rzeszów (2000). He wrote his doctoral thesis in the field of administrative law. His professional experience includes work for the Supreme Chamber of Control ( Najwyższa Izba Kontroli, NIK) (inspector traineeship completed in 2004). Since 2008 Sebastian has been an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warmia and Masuria University ( Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski) and the University of Euroregional Economy ( Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki Euroregionalnej) in Józefów. He specializes in administrative law, public procurement law, audit and control, analysis of investment processes and wrote ten publications on the control quality and efficiency of administration.

Advocate Tomasz Urban is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law of the University of Rzeszów (2004). From 2005 to 2008 was trainee prosecutor in the District Prosecution Office in Rzeszów and passed the professional prosecution examination of the Minister of Justice and the General Prosecutor in 2008. He completed a post–graduate course in real estate management ending with the state examination (2002) and in 2009 he entered the list of advocates of the District Board of Lawyers in Rzeszów.
