The company provides a permanent nationwide legal assistance within the framework of professional cooperation with other law offices of advocates and legal counsels of established reputation, personally recommended by our partners.

Individual partners are responsible for cases conducted in accordance with the assumed competence criteria. The partners are fully responsible for senior and junior lawyers assigned to assist them in the framework of division of tasks within the law office.

One of the managing partners is responsible for general supervision over the coordination of tasks and communication with Clients.

The level of professional civil liability insurance of individual partners corresponds to the maximum levels recommended by the insurance company selected by the Central Board of Lawyers (Naczelna Rada Adwokacka).

Invoices for the Company’s services are issued on the lapse of each month of cooperation in the case of the remuneration established on the basis of effective time commitment after providing the Client with the breakdown of time devoted to each task.

The company will not re-invoice any costs related to contacting the Client (telephone and fax transmission costs) and the ordinary costs of business correspondence related to court and enforcement proceedings.

The legal services proposal is agreed taking into account the Client’s activity profile.

The Company provides speedy and reliable debt recovery services thanks to its efficient Debt Recovery Division cooperating with court enforcement officers all over the country.

The company settles the costs of permanent legal services in accordance with a selected option agreed with the Client.

For legal opinions (or replies to legal queries) of minor complexity the deadline for an assigned task is 24 hours from the receipt of the order, if necessary.

For complex and time consuming legal opinions, their execution within a reasonable time is agreed separately in each case taking into account the conditions specified by the Client.

The Law Office provides legal services in English, German and French.
