Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Silesia in Katowice (2013). Master's thesis in the field of private international law, written under the supervision of Prof. M. Pazdan, Ph.D. ("Similarities and Differences Between Polish Private International Law and the EU Regulation of July 4, 2012, in Selected Aspects").

Associated with the Firm since 2011. Advocate's apprenticeship, 2013–2017. Bar examination passed (2017). Associate Advocate, then Senior Associate Advocate, 2017–2026. Partner of the Firm since 2026.

Practice Areas: commercial law, bankruptcy law, construction law, and ongoing legal counsel for business entities. Coordinates acquisitions and divestitures of enterprises, including the conduct of due diligence proceedings. Leads corporate reorganization, restructuring, and liquidation processes. Manages projects related to business development, including the acquisition of real property and organized parts of enterprises, the execution of investment processes, the obtaining and settlement of public funds and EU funding, and the preparation and implementation of corporate governance procedures. Conducts training programs for executive management and company employees, as well as workshops on the protection of individual rights. Represents clients in civil, labor, family, and criminal litigation, as well as in proceedings before public administrative authorities and administrative courts.
